Instagram sales and online orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail within the US only. We do not ship internationally at this time. Once your package has been given to USPS, Stargaze Gems is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you have a lost or stolen package please file a claim with USPS.
